H.E.A.T. Vietnamese Kitchen and Bar

It was a relaxed Saturday, having a stroll around the Soho area on the Hong Kong Island. Randomly I passed by this unnoticable Vietnamese restaurant, HEAT. Ooooh, a lunch with a petit appertizer buffet and it cost about HK$100. Why not?

It's a restaurant and bar, spacious and comfy.  The buffet corner was small.  Rice rolls with vege only, fresh salad, soup, fish cake and fried spring rolls were standby and you could eat all if you had the appetite.  Among all, the spring rolls were the best and got my encore.

The cold vermicelli with lemongrass pork was superb. A slight flavour of the lemongrass from the juicy and crispy pork. Yumm!
