Green Common

Life in the modern society is hectic and nervous. We consume a lot of fast food which is mostly meat and carbohydrate based. As they accumulate in the blood, our health deteriorates. It's good to have vegetarian food from time to time to offset / alleviate the burden in the body. I quite like the food served at Green Common. It is versatile and innovative. Abundant choices are provided. It's not just one cuisine, but quite different types suiting different tastes and moods. If you feel like to cook, their stores will not disappoint you.

The plant based beef burger (Beyond Burger) is my beloved, be it dine-in or buying the product to cook at home. If you choose dine-in, make your choice of classic, deluxe or plus version.  The difference is add-on mushroom with truffle sauce or avocado. I tried classic and plus. Both were delicious. They taste like real burger.  If you prefer cooking at home, adding fresh salad and tomato will make your home version burger terrific and win applause.

Green Common's dining menu provides many cuisine choices: western, Singaporean, Japanese, Chinese, etc. I picked chicken laksa once. It was impressed. Looking the chicken closely, you will see the meat is made of layers of sheet. Interesting! They taste and texture are similar to real chicken. And the noodle in laksa was superb.

During the pandemic, takeaway is a mode of our life.  I ordered a OmniPork cutlet rice with salad. The outlook was impressive and the taste good. The takeaway box is plant based manufactured. Like it! Very environment friendly.
