Rubato Music House Bar & Kitchen

I had been resting for almost a year and resumed work on 21 May 2019. As a coincidence, Fanny and I met for dinner at Rubato on this day. It is a surprising delight, both the food and music. They complemented our reunion.

Rubato relates to rhythm of playing music. A performer does not stick to the original rhythm of the composer but plays faster or slower to make it more expressive. The restaurant is called Rubato because one of the owners wanted to have a place for guests to enjoy their free time, relax and chill. It also provides a platform for artists to perform and share their music with the public. At time, Zoe and Vince played jazz.

You must be interested to know the food quality at Rubato. It was indeed very good. They were presented aesthetically and tasted good,  all of our picked dishes.

We started with drinks and a snack platter. All deep fried stuff was good. It contained French fries, onion ring, fish and chicken. 

We picked prawn pasta as our main course, For additional HKD80, a choice of appetizer and soup were served together.  Our choice was: burrata cheese tomato salad.
