La Bon's Cafe

I have been a few times to La Bon's Cafe.  It was recommended by a colleague who is specialised in gourmet and fine dining.  In one of her previous jobs, she tried good restaurants sourced by agency. Once we passed by La Bon's Cafe after team lunch.    And after a week or two, we tried lunch there.   Price as good (HKD88 - 138 with 10%+) and food was mouthwatering.  Sometimes, I have dinner with friends here.  It never disappoints.  Lately, just before Christmas, we paid only HK$152 each for 3 main courses including salad or soup and a drink plus 4 desserts.   Good value!

La Bon's signature dish is Iberia (Spanish) pork chop.  Since we were four people, we tried different main courses.  The lamb chop was very delicious, soft and juicy.

Desserts are also very nice.  With main course, dessert cost minimal.  Warm chocolate molten cake with ice cream HK$50.  The rest, HK$20 each.  Click here for the dessert menu.
