M & C Duck 美中鴨子

M&C Duck is my favourite place for Peking Duck.  For me, it is more preferred to Hyatt 18. The duck is juicy, tender and with maximum flavour.  Apart from duck, it serves many fusion dishes in Peking_Huaiyang style.

The restaurant is designed for the young diners. The decor is simple elegant European style.  I like the little details such as the menu, the plate and chopstick holders in the duck form.  So cute.

I had been working at Harbour City for over 3 years.  Prior to the M&C Duck, the same location stood a Vietnamese restaurant. Good quality food but had to move.  Now, M&C Duck has been standing at the same location for a few years.  Diners flock to the place. Sometimes, one has to stand on a long queue for the excellent gourmet.  The waiting is worthwhile.
