Paradise Dynasty 樂天皇朝

It was a rainy day.  Mandy and I went for afternoon tea at Paradise Dynasty located at Lee Gardens.  It's a nice surprise.  Dim sum, cold appetizer and noodles are half priced from 3pm to 5pm on weekdays.  A value offer!

The most attractive dish is certainly the signature xiao long bao 八色小籠包.  8 different ingredients attribute to 8 vibrant colours.  Eye pleasing! Original flavour, ginseng, foie gras, garlic oil, crab roe, extreme spice, cheese and black truffle.

I like much the double boiled meat ball with crab roe soup.  It recalled my memory of first eating this dish in Beijing.  Very nice soup and meat.  Light and delicious.  The parsnip cake was yummy too.  The rest were good but less impressive than those mentioned.
