Brother Sau Fish Soup and Grilled Fish, 修哥魚碢燒魚

I was looking for a light lunch but ended up with a full stomach.  From OpenRice I found this little restaurant specialising in fish.  Guests had a chat with a waiter.  The restaurant is owned by an artist Danny Lee (李修賢).  Then I understood why the restaurant is called brother Sau (修).  Previously there were also a branch in North Point and one co-op in Tokwawan but now the one in Yaumatei is the only one owned by Mr. Lee.

On the menu are various sauces / dressings for grilled fish.  Dishes by guest looked mouth watering.  However, I was eating alone and could not go for the signature dish.   One day, I will bring friends to there to try the famous fish.

I ordered a fish soup noodle with fish humbly.   Wow, it's huge.   The soup tasted fantastic.   A slight taste of ginger emplified the freshness of the fish soup. At the end I ate all the soup even I was full.   It's a pity that if I tried only one dish.   Oh Oh, let's order a cold appertizer, tofu with century egg in a rich sauce.   Yummy and not too heavy!
