Nahm

Happy shopping at Coach.  Nahm was highly recommended by the sales associate serving us.   Carmen and I (including order from Jess) have bought a lot.   1 handbag, 5 small bags either as purse for lunch, crossbody and one pair of sunglass.   I along had 3 items at bargain price.  Never again as I no longer work for Coach.

Our appetizers were absolutely light and healthy.  Vegetable rice paper rolls made with slightly chewy carrot, cucumber and may be something else.  Fresh and nice.   My thought of the mixed green salad before it was served: ordinary.  But big surprises came with the dressing.   Just simple blend of fish sauce, Vietnamese rice vinegar, sugar.  But it's so amazingly good and we also dipped the pork neck and even the fried rice.  Unforgettable!



The other two dishes were also excellent.  Tender and lean roaster pork neck.   Ginger crabmeat fried rice was not oily at all.  We ate all and did not feel overwhelmed.   Thanks, Carmen!
