Another happy gathering with Connie and Ella.  Hmm, where to go for dinner?  I had no clue.  Ella brought this up, Amico, compliments from her friends.  OK!  Why not?  It turned out to be excellent Italian food.  Thank you! All courses were excellent!  


For starter, we took mashed baccala fillet with truffle scent & spiced toast, Iberico ham and honey melon and deep fried sea bass cake with mango coulis.  Superb!  At the moment of writing, I am memorizing the nice moments: good food, friends, the atmosphere and the singing around.


Our choices of pasta dishes were Chitarrini with scallop and truffle cream sauce, linguine with porceini & Iberico ham in pesto sauce and a risotto.  All cooked perfectly well and tasted good.  Bravo!  Its quality was comparable to any authentic Italian restaurants I ever dined in.

For yummy desserts we opt for Tiramisu.  See what a nice and special presentation!  Ha, it's not the only one.  We still had chocolate pudding cake and apple crumble cake.  It's already some time ago.   They were nice.  Perhaps, I still prefer my homemade apple crumble.
