Passion by Gerard Dubois



It was a rainy night.  After our  dinner at Maureen Noodles, Carmen and I were searching for desserts. We bumped into this fabulous patisseries, Passion by Gerard Dubois, and enjoyed a sweet ending of the meal / night.  Gorgeous!


Gerard Dubois is a Swiss born chef, focusing on patisseries, boulangeries and confiseries.  After his first attempt La Rose Noire in Hong Kong, he opened this wonderful place for French pastries, café, bread in Wanchai.  Our night was crowded.  People chatting, enjoying food, coffee, pastries and there weren't seats for quite some time.  Finally, we could sit down, picked selected superb cakes.  Everything we chose was nice.  The sweet memories come back and the taste lingers.  I can imagine enjoying them again.  Bread will be the next trial, definitely.
