Tosca

My Korean colleague visited Hong Kong to meet my new colleague from the States.  On her last day she rushed to Tosca, at Ritz Carlton for lunch.  And she took me with.  Fantastic pasta, gorgeous view, superb!

The interior is splendid and luxurious.  So as the prices of the dishes.  The humble two of us only ordered a pasta each, and mineral water. My beef pappardella in red wine was heavenly good.
