Australia Dairy, 澳洲牛奶公司
This restaurant 澳洲牛奶公司 is one of the evergreens in Hong Kong. I was brought here during my days in the university. Can't remember how long ago anymore but it's a all-time's favourite. A place with many tables and numerous waiters, so many that I can never count as they are moving around all the time. An always hustling place like magnet drawing people from everywhere. But with help from enthusiastic waiters, you can always find a table, or a seat for a quick meal.
Signature dishes: fluffy scrambled egg and awesome desserts. The eggs can be in the form of sandwich, go with toast and ham which is an integral part of breakfast or meal all round the clock. The all-time meal includes marcaroni with BBQ pork or beef, egg (scrambled or fried) with ham and toast and a hot drink. It costs you only HK$30, year 2011. A simple but delicious meal which fills you up for a few hours. No wonder, it's always full.
Every guest goes for this all-time meal. Alternatives are milk or egg custard desserts. The only advertisement, signs outside the restaruant. They are smooth, egg and milk flavour run in the mouth, hot and fragnant, wow! I filled up myself with the scrambled this time. Desserts, next time. Sure I will come back. Who knows if it will be scrambled egg again or desserts. Do come if you are around Jordan. It's worth even with a MTR ride or bus journey.
